Description

You will lead a cross-functional team of web, mobile, and backend engineers to build products within the Gemini ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a cross-functional engineering team, guiding development across the full tech stack and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate vision into an actionable product roadmap by working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Own team output, drive performance, and hold the team accountable to deadlines and targets.
• Lead the hiring process, including planning, interviewing, and making final hiring decisions.
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and delivery.
• 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven experience owning and managing public-facing APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architecture and product decisions.
• Experience establishing successful partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners.
• Ability to guide development across web, mobile, and backend disciplines.
