Description

You lead the Systems & Technology team to maintain, develop, and optimize support tools and technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Zendesk developers and admins to ensure system health and optimal functionality.
• Drive strategic direction for team-level work, aligning technical initiatives with the Service Experience roadmap.
• Manage technical issue resolution to minimize disruptions to support delivery and operations.
• Mentor team members, establishing performance objectives and supporting professional development.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to implement system performance optimizations.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience managing Zendesk environments, including integrations and development work.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams, including developers and admins.
• Strong background in IT systems management and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to manage data analysis work in collaboration with data analysts.
• Expertise in change management for tool and process adoption.
