Manage and optimize the talent acquisition technology landscape while ensuring data integrity across all recruitment systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all TA systems, including CRM, ATS, and sourcing tools.
• Support People Systems integration and optimize recruitment tools for a cohesive user experience.
• Maintain data integrity across all recruitment systems and databases.
• Develop TA insights reporting to provide transparency to partners.
• Lead system updates and integrations to improve recruitment efficiency and ROI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist.
• Deep understanding of CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and People Systems integration.
• Expertise in MS Excel reporting and data analysis.
• Proven ability to use technology to automate TA processes.
• Strong analytical skills for providing informative reporting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting the implementation, integration, and configuration of new HRIS.
• Ability to deliver training and support to team members on system functionalities.
