Senior Manager – Tech Innovation

You will lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify startups and tech-driven solutions that provide significant impact to organizational processes and use-cases.
• Manage innovation projects and drive Pilots or Proof of Concepts (PoCs) from conceptualization to deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to drive technical implementation, specifically regarding system and API integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project requirements, analyze scope, and evaluate business challenges.
• Drive internal knowledge-sharing initiatives such as Hackathons and innovation newsletters.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in technology innovation or project management.
• Hands-on experience with API Integrations.
• Experience with System Development and Platform Development.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications.
• Ability to conduct secondary research on disruptive technologies and data-driven solutions.
• Experience managing startup partnerships and vendor evaluations.
• Proven track record of driving PoCs and managing technical project lifecycles.

• Any Graduate degree.
