Responsibilities

• Identify startups and tech-driven solutions to impact organizational processes.
• Manage innovation projects and drive PoCs from conceptualization to deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams on system and API integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate business challenges.
• Drive internal knowledge-sharing initiatives like hackathons and newsletters.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in technology innovation or project management.
• Hands-on experience with API Integrations.
• Experience with System Development and Platform Development.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications.
• Ability to conduct secondary research on disruptive technologies.
• Experience managing startup partnerships and vendor evaluations.
• Proven track record of driving PoCs and managing technical project lifecycles.

• Any Graduate degree.
