Lead design initiatives and oversee the creation of complex, data-driven interfaces for management decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly, data-driven dashboards prioritizing clarity and functionality for senior management.
• Execute the full UI process from wireframes to final design, ensuring consistency with design principles.
• Manage and update design assets in Figma and Adobe XD to support team collaboration.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Lead large-scale creative initiatives and manage design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual aids, or related fields.
• Expertise in UI Design and UX Design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
• Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
• Experience managing large-scale design teams or creative initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with the MS Office package.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Banking or Global Business Services.
