Description

Lead SEO strategy and execution for five web hosting brands across the APAC region.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive KPI performance.
• Execute technical SEO audits to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
• Manage organic video strategies, including metadata optimization for YouTube and social media.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and content teams to integrate SEO best practices into development cycles.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of SEO experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing SEO for large-scale websites, ideally in web hosting or tech.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
• Deep understanding of SEO algorithms, ranking factors, and Answer Engine Optimization.
• Experience building content programs across video, blog, social, and UGC channels.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various CMS platforms.
