Description

Lead manual testing for CRM platforms, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and system testing for CRM applications and integrations.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts based on business requirements.
• Identify, log, and track defects using management tools to ensure timely resolution.
• Validate data integrity and workflows within the CRM system.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by collaborating with end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Deep expertise in testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data structures, and integrations.
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Ability to produce comprehensive test documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
