Description

Design and implement marketing automation operations to support demand generation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Marketo to deploy complex nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and scoring operations.
  • Partner with demand generation managers to execute day-to-day campaign operations and systems administration.
  • Implement segmentation and targeting best practices using ActionIQ to leverage the marketing database.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle by optimizing lead scoring, qualification, and sales hand-off processes.
  • Govern data quality across all programs and campaigns while establishing scalable marketing processes.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation and operations.
  • Extensive experience as a Marketo Admin, including building nurture campaigns and connecting multiple data sources.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM architecture, including reporting and custom objects.
  • Experience with ActionIQ for database segmentation.
  • Ability to assist with program conceptualization, execution, and success measurement.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with demand generation stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting the globalization of marketing campaigns.

Preferred Skills

  • Marketo Certified Expert.
  • Experience with audience segmentation within Customer Data Platforms.
