Description

You will own the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns across channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media and lead generation efforts to drive traffic and optimize the funnel.
• Boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions using data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on strategy, creatives, and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize to meet business goals.
• Apply knowledge of UI/UX and customer journeys to improve digital experiences.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Semrush, and HubSpot.
• Expertise in planning and executing SEO, Social, Email/CRM, and Performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on growth and performance.
• Excellent communication and campaign execution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with external agencies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles applied to digital marketing.
