You will manage marketing automation, campaign processes, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee email systems, processes, operations, and reporting.
• Manage campaign documentation and drive process improvements.
• Define and monitor essential metrics, including campaign ROI, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with BI and data teams to establish performance metrics and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain the marketing operating rhythm through regular meetings, reporting structures, and knowledge management.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations.
• Expertise in marketing automation operations.
• Experience managing campaign management processes.
• Proficiency in reporting and metrics analysis.
• Ability to work with data to inform marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience establishing efficient workflows and collaborating across teams.
