Description

You will own the design and implementation of enterprise data management workflows on the S&P Global Markit EDM platform to deliver trusted Golden Record data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex workflows using Markit EDM Data Porters, Constructors, Matchers, and Illustrators.
• Design Match/Merge logic and Survivorship rules to create unified Golden Records across Security Master, Pricing, and Positions.
• Develop EDM Web UI interfaces for business users to manage exceptions, overrides, and workflow approvals.
• Write and optimize high-performance T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and views for large-scale financial datasets.
• Orchestrate data ingestion from Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and IDC via file feeds, APIs, and database extracts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years dedicated S&P Global Markit EDM (CADIS) experience, specifically on v19 or v21.
• Expert T-SQL proficiency, including stored procedures, CTEs, window functions, and dynamic SQL.
• Deep knowledge of Data Porters, Constructors, Matchers, Illustrators, and Web UI configuration.
• Proven performance tuning experience with execution plans, statistics, and partitioning.
• Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and trade lifecycle data requirements.
• Proficiency with SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Xml and Xslt.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mastering Security, Price, Corporate Actions, and Position reference data.
