Description

You will coordinate the development of Maximo web and mobile applications using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements and create detailed future state design documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate As-Is and Future State design sessions, user story refinement, and sprint development activities.
• Coordinate between product owners, SMEs, application developers, and vendors throughout the full software development life cycle.
• Manage application testing, obtain business sign-off, and coordinate application demos to ensure expectations are met.
• Develop training guides, schedule user training sessions, and document application maintenance and support processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong understanding of Agile software development processes.
• Experience working within Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI environments.
• Ability to document complex business process flows and technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo applications and Maximo Mobile.
• Experience with Microsoft .Net Web Applications.
• Knowledge of UI design software and image design tools like Adobe CorelDRAW or Photoshop.
