Description

You will design, configure, and support Maximo solutions to meet specific customer requirements. You translate business needs into technical implementations and documentation while managing the full lifecycle of custom code development, deployment, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interfaces between Maximo and external systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, GIS, and Click.
• Configure integration components including Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, and End Points.
• Develop automation scripts for integration and perform root-cause analysis for technical issues.
• Manage and prioritize multiple customer support requests and bug fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing enterprise technical support or technical engineering.
• Hands-on experience configuring Maximo.
• Programming experience in Python or Jython.
• Experience with Java and MBO customizations, including Java main classes, Field level classes, Action Classes, Custom Cron tasks, and Bean classes.
• Deep knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework, Object Structures, Enterprise Services, and Processing Rules.
• Proficiency with Maximo Escalations, Crontasks, Domains, Security groups, and Conditional Expression Manager.
• Expertise in debugging user Exit Java code to resolve integration issues.
• Working knowledge of enterprise asset and work management processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentation and coordination.
