Description

Provide L2 support for IBM Maximo EAM / MAS 8 & 9 environments, resolving production issues and service requests.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform issue triage, defect analysis, root cause analysis, and defect fixes for functional and technical incidents.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, impact assessments, and recommend scalable Maximo solutions.
• Design, review, and oversee Maximo configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations with SAP, Oracle databases, and other enterprise applications.
• Perform peer reviews of technical designs and code changes to ensure quality and compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with IBM Maximo EAM.
• Deep knowledge of MAS 8 and MAS 9 environments.
• Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defect resolution.
• Strong understanding of Maximo integrations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
• Familiarity with Maximo Mobile.
• Ability to troubleshoot connections with SAP and Oracle databases.
