Lead Maximo implementations and user enablement as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Configure Maximo to align with specific client business processes and requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and seminars to educate users on Maximo functionalities.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations between Maximo and external systems.
• Provide functional guidance during system upgrades and post-training support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Maximo Functional Consultant.
• Deep functional knowledge of Maximo modules and core functionalities.
• Proven track record of conducting professional training and seminars.
• Experience developing comprehensive user documentation and training assets.
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions independently.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
