You will design and implement Master Data Management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze master data, identifying trends and patterns to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Provide expertise and guide the organization in implementing MDM solutions and best practices.
  • Develop and deploy data pipelines in Azure using ADF, DBT, FiveTran, Snowflake.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Lead technical teams, providing strategic planning and oversight for MDM initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles and architecture.
  • Deep operational experience working with data stewards and product owners.
  • Extensive experience with market and reference data in capital markets or investment management.
  • Strong hands-on development and deployment experience with ADF, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake on Azure.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical constraints and benefits to business and technical partners.
  • Experience in leadership and team management.
