Lead data architecture and governance initiatives to establish a standardized enterprise data footprint for Sales Operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define a unified data strategy aligning with business goals and digital transformation.
• Document end-to-end data flows for Sales Operations, Forecast to Cash, and Software & Services.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data taxonomy, policy, catalog, and lineage.
• Establish multi-functional user councils and data stewardship to drive data quality KPIs.
• Design tools to accelerate data architecture and support UAT for PLM, MDM, SAP ERP, and SFDC CRM.

Required Skills

• 12+ years as an enterprise data governance and MDM functional SME.
• Deep expertise in Sales Operations, Forecast to Cash (Order to Cash), and Software & Services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, SFDC, or other leading domain solutions.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise data elements across finance, sales, purchasing, and engineering.
• Experience implementing enterprise-level MDM and DQM processes and tools.
• Strong understanding of multi-functional business processes including order creation, pricing, and revenue recognition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP MDG, Informatica, or Collibra.
• Advanced degree or relevant certification in Data Engineering or Sales Operations.
• SAP, SFDC, or APICS certifications.
