Description

Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms like Reltio.

You will architect and maintain integrations between MDM systems and AWS services to ensure scalable data ingestion and distribution. Design master data models, define match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data quality checks. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to transform source data into MDM-ready structures. Collaborate with data stewards, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM platforms (e.g., Reltio).
• Architect integrations with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Dynamo, MSK/Kinesis).
• Define master data models, match/merge rules, and survivorship logic.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data transformation.
• Translate business requirements into technical MDM solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementations.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a cloud-native environment.
• Proficiency in AWS services: S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, IAM, API Gateway.
• Strong Python and advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with DynamoDB and MSK/Kinesis.
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder due to ITAR requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience working with data stewards and business analysts.
