Description

You will lead the implementation and strategic oversight of Master Data Management solutions within a capital markets context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices to drive organizational implementation.
• Analyze master data to identify trends and patterns for improving business processes and decision-making.
• Lead and manage teams while providing strategic planning and oversight.
• Negotiate and influence critical decisions through effective communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data management roles.
• Deep knowledge of MDM principles, processes, architectures, protocols, and patterns.
• Extensive experience with market and reference data in capital markets or investment management.
• Direct experience with Fund Distribution.
• Proficiency in Data Modelling and Data Warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data quality management and data governance principles.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to manage complex data architectures and technologies.
