Provide L2 production support for Master Data Management systems in healthcare. You own data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L2 production support for MDM systems.
• Manage data integrity and support processes.
• Communicate technical resolutions and status updates clearly.
• Resolve incidents within the healthcare domain.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in L2 Production Support.
• Mandatory expertise in MDM functional processes.
• Proficiency with Informatica.
• Experience with AWS Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Mandatory background in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
