Description

Provide L2 production support for Master Data Management systems, ensuring stability and resolving technical issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage L2 production support services to maintain system stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Informatica and MDM environments.
• Execute SQL queries for data investigation and production fixes.
• Communicate technical resolutions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in L2 Production Support services.
• 3+ years of experience working with Informatica.
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with Informatica MDM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
