Description

You will lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and technical delivery of Stibo STEP implementations.
• Drive requirements gathering and high-level design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Guide project teams through full lifecycle implementations using best practices.
• Define data governance strategies, workflows, business rules, and data migration approaches.
• Configure and build STEP components including data models, roles, workflows, and portals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of MDM implementation experience.
• 3–4 full lifecycle Stibo STEP implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Stibo STEP MDM/PIM configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of Product, Supplier, and Customer data models.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Python, and PL/SQL.
• Proven customer-facing experience with strong leadership and team management skills.
