Own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications using the MEAN stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Lead technical design discussions and make architecture decisions for complex systems.
• Break down complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Proven ability to design and maintain scalable applications.
• Experience leading technical design discussions and making architecture decisions.
• Strong capability in breaking down complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and driving code quality.
• Ability to drive performance optimization and adherence to development standards.
• Experience collaborating with product owners and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate).
• Experience with code review processes and pair programming.
