Description

You will own design leadership on multiple projects, engineering HVAC systems and overseeing support staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Select and engineer HVAC systems for public safety, educational, and commercial sectors.
• Prepare HVAC drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Provide construction administration and site observations.
• Oversee HVAC support staff.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of MEP/AEC design and consulting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems across public safety, educational, and commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in MEP/AEC Design.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
• Demonstrated client interaction in meetings or presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Engineering License.
• LEED Accreditation.
• Working IES-VE knowledge.
