Description

You will design and develop complex mechanical products that meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design products with a focus on quality, manufacturability, and reliability to meet customer specifications.
• Decompose and define product and process requirements for R&D, development, and sustaining assignments.
• Perform design experiments, evaluate test results, and conduct analyses to validate models.
• Identify root causes of technical challenges and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage work activities, including planning, estimation, and prioritization, to meet project schedules and budgets.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of related mechanical engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Creo or similar 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics of materials, shock, vibration, and heat transfer.
• Experience with dimensional tolerance analysis.
• Knowledge of electronics packaging.
• Familiarity with numerical analysis software.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office Excel.
• Ability to produce technical reports and presentations in English.

Preferred Skills

• B.S. Degree in Engineering.
