Description

You will design and develop complex electromechanical systems and manufacturing fixtures as an individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex electromechanical systems and assembly fixtures using SolidWorks.
• Write equipment qualification requirements and execute the complete qualifying process.
• Develop test plans, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality.
• Write manufacturing procedures for pilot and production builds and support floor implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and act as a subject matter expert in customer meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks is required.
• Experience with CAD data management using Windchill.
• Proficiency in mechanism design and high-density electromechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of DFX principles and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes including sheet metal, machining, milling, injection molding, and weldments.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
