You will develop and maintain core technology components while driving technical decision-making for scalable systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code and contribute to the codebase through collaborative reviews.
• Own assigned components end-to-end, covering development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver feature releases.
• Participate in architectural decisions, coding practices, and technical trade-offs.
• Maintain focus on system uptime, performance, and scalable design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
• Experience with Kafka for event streaming.
• Proficiency in Python and REST APIs.
• Experience with automated testing and quality assurance.
• Ability to spend at least 70% of working time writing code.
• Strong understanding of system performance and uptime requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in data science, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP).
