You will lead the design and development of scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for hybrid cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect modular software components with defined APIs for microservices deployment.
• Build and optimize distributed systems operating across on-premises and public cloud platforms.
• Track and integrate developments in open-source IAM technologies into product architecture.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to drive end-to-end designs.
• Drive technical decision-making and influence architecture direction in an agile setting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on industry experience with a track record of high-impact products.
• Proficiency in system-level programming using Go or Python.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying microservices in cloud-native environments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and implementation.
• Familiarity with IAM standards: AD, LDAP, SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, and IdP.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker orchestration at scale.
• Well-versed in RESTful API design and integration patterns.
• Strong analytical mindset for identifying architectural gaps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure management.
• Background in security-focused system design.
