Description

You will own technical quality across projects as a technical leader and mentor.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect technical solutions and alternatives for quality assurance.
• Take technical ownership of projects and conduct peer reviews.
• Inculcate best practices in design, coding standards, testing, and automation.
• Ensure deliverable quality regarding user experience, scale, resilience, and reliability.
• Participate in project planning and set achievable milestones with Engineering and Program Managers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software quality or engineering.
• Strong experience building and managing web scale applications.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with Linux.
• Familiarity with OS internals and distributed data management concepts.
• Proven ability to build clustered, fault-tolerant distributed applications or systems software.
• Working experience with storage, networking, virtualization (Nutanix, VMWare, KVM) and/or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with QA Tools, including Selenium.
