Senior MERN Stack Developer

You will lead a team of 4 to 7 developers to deliver scalable applications using the MERN stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and sprint planning in an Agile environment.
• Architect and develop applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components.
• Manage state in React applications and build RESTful APIs.
• Implement automated testing practices, including unit and end-to-end testing.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and optimize applications for performance and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js, including component design and state management (Redux, React Query).
• Strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive React components.
• Expertise in writing unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience managing team progress, task delegation, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, or Nest.js.
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Cognito, DynamoDB) and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Proficiency with Cypress for end-to-end testing and Storybook for UI development.
