Description

You will lead a small team to deliver scalable MERN applications while owning the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 4-7 developers through code reviews and sprint planning.
• Architect and build scalable applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect React components with robust state management.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure application performance and security.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and enforce automated testing standards (unit and end-to-end).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js, including component design and state management (Redux, React Query).
• Strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive UI components.
• Expertise in writing unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience managing team progress, task delegation, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, or Nest.js.
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Cognito, DynamoDB) and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Proficiency with Cypress for end-to-end testing and Storybook for UI development.
