Description

You will manage and optimize MES infrastructure to ensure high performance and system uptime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize MES infrastructure through regular health checks and disaster recovery drills.
• Install, configure, and upgrade MES software and hardware components.
• Execute vulnerability assessments and implement remediation plans to ensure compliance with CMMC and Cyber Essentials.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users while maintaining technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MES engineering or similar support roles.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Experience managing Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Portainer for container management.
• Ability to obtain UK MOD security clearance to handle sensitive information.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
