You will serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for managing, optimizing, and modernizing the Microsoft 365 environment.
Responsibilities
Lead Microsoft 365 upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Architect, configure, and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the M365 Admin Center.
Implement identity, access management, security, and compliance configurations including Conditional Access, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, and Defender for O365.
Manage tenant-level configurations, hybrid integrations, and licensing strategies.
Monitor system health and compliance using PowerShell, Graph API, and the Microsoft Security & Compliance Center.
Develop governance standards, documentation, and disaster recovery procedures.
Required Skills
7+ years of hands-on administration and engineering experience with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Advanced experience with the Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills and Graph API experience.
Expertise in security and compliance configurations such as Defender for O365, Conditional Access, DLP, and Sensitivity Labels.
Knowledge of hybrid Active Directory and legacy system integrations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Microsoft Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or SC-300.
Proficiency with M365 Admin Center, Graph API, and Power BI.
