Description

You will serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for managing, optimizing, and modernizing the Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Architect, configure, and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the M365 Admin Center.
• Implement identity, access management, security, and compliance configurations including Conditional Access, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, and Defender for O365.
• Manage tenant-level configurations, hybrid integrations, and licensing strategies.
• Monitor system health and compliance using PowerShell, Graph API, and the Microsoft Security & Compliance Center.
• Develop governance standards, documentation, and disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on administration and engineering experience with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Advanced experience with the Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and Graph API experience.
• Expertise in security and compliance configurations such as Defender for O365, Conditional Access, DLP, and Sensitivity Labels.
• Knowledge of hybrid Active Directory and legacy system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or SC-300.
• Proficiency with M365 Admin Center, Graph API, and Power BI.
