Description

You will serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert overseeing the architecture, implementation, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead major modernization initiatives and platform upgrades across M365 services.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage and optimize the M365 environment, including security and compliance configuration.
• Interface with senior leadership to drive cross-functional technical projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise setting.
• Proven experience leading M365 implementations, upgrades, or major configuration projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Advanced experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience and familiarity with Graph API.
• Demonstrated ability to handle hybrid environments and integrate with on-prem Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Defender for O365, Conditional Access Policies, and DLP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent professional experience.
