Support the validation and gathering of customer requirements as part of due diligence activities;
Collaborate with DWP Architects, IT Supply peers and customers to help implement O365 and adjacent solutions (Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID);
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation (HLD/LLD), ensuring alignment with the agreed architecture and standards;
Participating in the rollout and migration activities;
Execute and support implementation tasks, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices;
Prepare technical documentation and assist in the handover of solutions to the operations team;
Provide post-implementation (hypercare) support and contribute to knowledge transfer activities.
Job Requirements
Key requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working on medium- to large-scale IT projects, with demonstrated experience collaborating with project managers on project planning, execution, status reporting, and stakeholder communication;
Hands-on experience in administering Office 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online and OneDrive;
Experience working with migration tools such as ShareGate, BitTitan, CloudiWay or similar, supporting data and tenant migration activities (at least 2 years' experience);
Good understanding of Microsoft on-prem Exchange Server environments;
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and/or Google collaboration suites, with practical experience in supporting collaboration technologies (at least 5 years' experience);
Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills across Office 365 and related services (at least 5 years' experience);
Hands-on scripting experience, primarily using PowerShell; knowledge of additional scripting/programming languages is a plus;
Experience working within IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks;
Good communication skills with proficiency in English;
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders and internal teams;
Strong organizational, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Collaborative mindset with interest in internal operations and process improvement;
Ability to mentor BAU/operations engineers and contribute to knowledge transfer;
Strong documentation discipline and operational mindset.
Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum education requirement: High school studies completed with Baccalaureate diploma
