Description

You will manage and evolve Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities to meet strategic goals and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy new collaboration features focused on AI, automation, application integration, and security.
• Deliver technical support for collaboration services and maintain defined SLAs.
• Participate in the on-call support rotation and drive Microsoft support cases through to resolution.
• Manage support and request tickets within established timelines using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience, preferably within a large financial services enterprise.
• Expert-level administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and advanced troubleshooting diagnostics.
• Intermediate experience with Proofpoint Email Protection, including routing, encryption, DLP, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
• Strong knowledge of Networking and Security, including Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access, SSO, MFA, and IAM.
• Experience with IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks, specifically using ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of endpoints and cloud environments, including Intune, Azure, and AWS.
• Ability to manage projects using SAFe, Jira, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-721, or MS-102.
• Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, or SharePoint Framework development.
