Description

Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment for a large-scale enterprise, ensuring secure email delivery and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.
• Execute PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and operational workflows.
• Manage Proofpoint Email Protection, including routing, encryption, DLP, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC configurations.
• Maintain identity and access management via Entra ID, including conditional access policies, SSO, and MFA.
• Resolve technical incidents and support cases within defined SLAs, driving Microsoft support cases to closure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Expertise in Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for M365 and email delivery.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Proofpoint Email Protection (DLP, Encryption, Routing, and Incident Response).
• Knowledge of Networking and Security: DNS, Active Directory, Entra ID, CASB, and IAM.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Experience managing endpoints via Intune or System Center.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-721, or MS-102.
• Experience with migration tools like BitTitan MigrationWiz or ShareGate.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Project Management frameworks like SAFe, Jira, and Confluence.
