Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID solutions.
Develop and support custom identity management, provisioning, and lifecycle automation processes.
Build automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
Configure and manage hybrid identity environments, including Active Directory synchronization and authentication services.
Implement and support Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Protection.
Manage application registrations, enterprise applications, service principals, certificates, and Microsoft Graph permissions.
Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, identity synchronization, and hybrid connectivity issues.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
Implement Microsoft 365 security best practices and support endpoint management initiatives.
Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and automation solutions to improve service reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical leadership to deliver enterprise identity and cloud solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing Microsoft Entra ID solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and hybrid Microsoft 365 environments.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra Connect, ADFS, hybrid identity, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience implementing Conditional Access, Identity Protection, MFA, RBAC, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Programming experience with one or more languages such as Python, C#, or C++.
Experience managing application registrations, enterprise applications, service principals, certificates, and secrets.
Strong understanding of Microsoft authentication protocols, Modern Authentication, OAuth, SAML, and token-based authentication.
Experience with Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, and Microsoft 365 security services.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration, user and group management, and hybrid identity troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and related infrastructure services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain the required background screening or security clearance, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise environments with 10,000+ users.
Experience working in Agile Scrum and DevOps environments.
Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) and change management processes.
Experience with Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Managed Identities, and Storage Accounts.
Experience building Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint Online solutions, and Microsoft Forms-based business processes.
Knowledge of enterprise compliance, records management, and data retention practices
