Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Exchange hybrid environments, owning the release pipeline for email collaboration solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new email and collaboration solutions using industry-standard methodologies.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for SaaS and hybrid applications and manage directory synchronization with Azure AD.
• Deploy and support Microsoft 365 Copilot and secure collaboration tools using Microsoft Purview.
• Troubleshoot Level 3 incidents including Outlook, Teams, Autodiscover, and email filtering issues.
• Mentor junior staff and interface with stakeholders to drive project buy-in and report KPIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing Exchange and Microsoft 365 platform services in hybrid environments.
• Expert knowledge of Azure AD, including federation, authentication, SSO, and directory sync.
• Strong scripting proficiency with PowerShell and MS Graph for automation and integrations.
• Hands-on experience configuring SSO for SaaS and hybrid applications.
• Deep understanding of email filtering tools such as Cisco IronPort and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience managing email archive solutions like Quest Archive Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Outlook, Teams, and calendar delegation issues.

Preferred Skills

• Previous IT work lead experience.
• Previous IT experience in government sectors.
