Description

You will design, build, and maintain custom functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring high standards of security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement custom logic using Plugins, Workflows, and API Integrations within the Dataverse environment.
• Integrate CRM systems with external services and applications to extend functionality.
• Manage source control with Git, including packaging and merging changes into solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design, deployment, and code reviews.
• Provide testing guidance to QA and UAT teams and stay current with Microsoft CRM updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for client-side customizations.
• Hands-on experience building and managing Dataverse solutions.
• Proven ability to debug complex, heavily customized CRM environments.
• Experience with API Integrations and Workflow development.
• Professional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience diagnosing root causes in legacy or heavily modified CRM instances.
