Description

You will lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects within a highly regulated financial services environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP implementation from scope definition to delivery.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and detailed reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners.
• Oversee UAT planning, change management, and post-deployment support strategies.
• Ensure all project activities comply with internal processes and financial regulations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP projects.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Direct experience working with large financial institutions or banking clients.
• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise applications in regulated environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including offshore and onsite models.
• Strong executive communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI, PMP, or Scrum Master certifications.
• Experience with financial transformation or customer experience modernization initiatives.
