You will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to streamline business workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
• Build customized SharePoint sites featuring automated forms, document libraries, and specific site structures.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, and Planner into end-to-end solutions.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and functional automation tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows while ensuring security and governance compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Expertise in Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Power Apps for application development.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site structure, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Proven track record of automating real-world business processes.
• Ability to manage deliverables independently in a contract environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 administration.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Forms, or Azure Logic Apps.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, MS-600).
