Design and deploy AI-powered solutions, machine learning models, and scalable infrastructure using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI models and algorithms using AI Builder, Copilot, and Azure AI tools.
• Build scalable AI infrastructure on Azure, incorporating LLMs, SLMs, and orchestration patterns like RAG.
• Connect Copilot Studio to data sources including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI architectures.
• Optimize algorithms for performance and conduct thorough testing to ensure model accuracy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, focusing on web applications.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot architecture.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience developing and deploying models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, cognitive services, and bot frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of iterative and agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns.
• Experience with full lifecycle application testing and delivery management.
