Design and implement technical solutions for a diverse client base including hedge funds, crypto, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level technical solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
• Implement engineered solutions across client environments.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical support issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for all deployed systems and processes.
• Manage client-facing communications and technical presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT Service Engineering experience.
• High-level proficiency with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Apple macOS.
• Advanced expertise with the Azure Platform, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Active Directory.
• Deep knowledge of Office 365, M365, and licensing models.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN/Wireless infrastructure, including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
• Proficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Remote Desktop Services, network printers, and scanners.
• Strong critical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Experience with Fortinet FortiGate, HP networking, ConnectWise, or IT Glue.
