Description

You will manage and modernize MicroStrategy integrations with Big Data technologies within AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Modernize existing code to integrate MicroStrategy with AWS services, PostgreSQL, EMR, and Snowflake.
• Perform system benchmarking and analyze bottlenecks in hybrid environments to propose performance solutions.
• Own deployment, upgrades, and incident troubleshooting to maintain service levels across multiple projects.
• Design secure code and environments while researching automation for administrative tasks.
• Develop automation and DevOps workflows for MicroStrategy and Big Data technologies.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in MicroStrategy administration and support.
• 5-8 years of experience in Linux and Apache processing environments.
• 5-8 years of experience with Unix shell scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS (S3, RedShift, EC2).
• Experience with MicroStrategy Library, Mobile, Mobile App, and SDK customizations.
• Proven ability to manage environment scaling, reliability, and security.
• Experience building or using automation tools for migration and administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data platforms such as Cloudera or Presto.
• Experience with Ab Initio and MicroStrategy integration.
• AWS or Google Cloud Platform certification.
