Description

You will manage and support the full GDOL middleware environment, covering builds, deployments, patching, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer IBM WebSphere Application Servers (V7, V8, V8.5, V9.0), IHS, and IIS environments.
• Build, deploy, and maintain WebLogic, Tomcat, and Apache HTTP server instances.
• Design and implement automated CI/CD solutions and Jenkins pipelines using declarative scripts.
• Manage security requirements, including applying patches and maintaining certificates via OpenSSL and keytool.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and incident management for middleware infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting production environments with IBM WebSphere, IHS, and IIS.
• 2+ years of experience with Tomcat, Apache HTTP server, and Oracle WebLogic.
• 3+ years of experience installing and maintaining software on Windows and Linux/Unix.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows, Linux (CentOS, RHEL, SLES), and AIX.
• 2+ years of experience with Jenkins pipelines and declarative scripting.
• Experience managing SSL protocols, ciphers, and certificate maintenance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, Jython, YAML, and Bash/Shell.
• Experience performing patching and maintaining security audit compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, Ansible, or Subversion.
• Knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers, edge servers, and web/microservices technologies.
• Familiarity with IBM COTS applications such as Maximimo, Connect:Direct, or eClient.
