Description

Lead data engineering and technical delivery for complex ML projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement extensive ETL pipelines to support data workflows.
• Lead technical teams, conduct interviews, and manage project lifecycles.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and resolve blockers.
• Manage customer-facing operations, including production troubleshooting and cost analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 6+ years of Python application development.
• 4+ years of AWS cloud services (Redshift, EC2, EMR, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch).
• 4+ years of experience with RDBMS and Data Warehouse concepts.
• 4+ years of experience in team leadership and project management.
• 4+ years of experience using GIT or equivalent version control.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing operations and production troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in BE, B.Tech, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in different time zones.
