Description

You will own the end-to-end development of AI/ML software products, from data exploration and feature engineering to production deployment and scaling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML solutions, ensuring feature reuse, model traceability, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Build and maintain large-scale data infrastructure for batch and stream processing.
• Design scalable software components and services to address common AI/ML project needs.
• Collaborate in cross-functional agile teams with data scientists and business stakeholders.
• Ensure reliable experimentation through data-driven development practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• 3+ years of strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying software products to production.
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, ML pipelines, and production deployment.
• Experience with high-volume heterogeneous data, including batch and stream processing.
• Strong background in data structures, databases, and data storage technologies.
• Required cloud certification: Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with agile collaboration and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform for ML development.
