Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development.
• Monitor and control all phases of development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems and provide evaluation of business processes.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality.
• Consult with users and clients on technical issues and recommend advanced programming solutions for mobile applications.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes for mobile development.
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts in mobile development best practices.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy in technical decisions.
• Act as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and other team members on mobile development.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Experience Required: 8+ years of relevant experience in Android and Mobile development with proficiency in programming and systems analysis.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
